LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN)

Coleman is seeking a full-time or part-time nurse for growing outpatient behavioral health provider in Trumbull County. Candidate must be detailed oriented, able to consult with psychiatrists, triage phone calls, monitor medication, have excellent assessment skills, and be able to problem solve to obtain medications. Must be able to work with a team to help promote health and remove barriers to care for psychiatry and physical health. Must be an Ohio Licensed Practical Nurse, eligible to obtain an NPI number, and be enrolled as a provider to bill Ohio Medicaid. Experience with psychiatric nursing, electronic medical records and prescribing practices preferred.
