The Human Services Associate/QMHA
This is a regular part-time (18 hours/week) position for a Human Services Associate to work with individuals with serious mental illness or co-occurring mental health and addictions challenges who reside in our crisis respite or supported housing programs and/or participate on the community-integrated work crews for treatment and rehabilitation purposes. Responsibilities include providing supportive counseling, individual and group skills training, rehabilitative janitorial work group supervision/skills training, some case management and coordination with treatment team providers, medication monitoring and training, charting, and documentation. Work shift will be Sundays and
Mondays from 11:00 AM to 8:30 PM.

The Qualifications
The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a human services related field in addition to a combination of one year of work/relevant experience and two years’ post high school education, or a high school diploma and three years’ work/relevant experience in human services. Any satisfactory equivalent combination of experience and training which ensures the ability to perform the work may substitute for the above.
