This is a regular full-time position for a Human Services Specialist I to perform a variety of tasks consistent with the experience and abilities of the individual client including, but not limited to: intensive case management, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) phone coaching, and Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicidality (CAMS) caring contacts. The successful candidate will receive specialized training in both DBT and CAMS. This training is NOT required before hire. Responsibilities will include participation in research and program evaluation activities and providing or participating in consultation, in-service training, and education programs. He/she will assist in quality assurance activities and participate in program planning and development. Maintenance of accurate client records and other necessary administrative tasks and related work will be required.
A Bachelor’s degree in social work or a related field and at least one year of experience in a setting relevant to the duties and skills above are substituted for degree. The successful candidate may need to meet, or have the ability to meet, the qualifications of a QMHA as a requirement of the mental health program within one year of hire. Successful completion of a background check is required.
Salary: $3525 - $4046/month anticipated at hire, depending on experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, health savings, paid leaves, paid holidays, PERS and deferred compensation options.
