What You'll Do

  • Works with Director of Healthcare Outcomes to execute performance improvement activities through effective coordination of all Quality Measure and Recognition activities.
  • Coordinates meetings and workflow completion.
  • Assists with project submission requirements. Maintains project reports, work plans, and monitors timelines.

  • Proficiency with a variety of computer programs including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Works, and Excel.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to identify deviations from organization standards.
  • Effective project management capability throughout the project lifecycle of planning, organizing, managing, and finalizing outcomes.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills with individuals and groups.
  • Ability to create reports that clearly summarize information to a wide variety of internal users.
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships to gain trust and establish credibility at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Employment Qualifications

  • Education: One of the following is required.
    • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Administration, or related field.
    • Associate degree and two additional years of healthcare experience.
  • Experience: One year of professional work experience in a healthcare setting required. Experience coordinating complex projects preferred.
