Oversees designated service programs, ensuring that goals and objectives are met within the prescribed timeframes and funding parameters. Ensures Program/grant compliance. Serve as a resource and source of contact to internal and external stakeholders. Develops and oversee program budgets exceeding $300K or multiple programs/budgets. Responsible for supervision of multiple positions including professional program staff, volunteers, and student participants.

Qualifications
• Required Education: Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, Public Health or Business Administration. Four years' work experience in an office environment, working with programs, working in a non-profit organization, and/or working in social services may be substituted for required education depending on the contract.
• Required Experience: Three years' experience coordinating social service programs, including two years' experience supervising staff.
• Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Drivers License and auto liability insurance.

This position provides program oversight and supervision of the 21 st Century Community Learning Centers program and the No Child Left Inside Program.

21 st Century provides afterschool and summer learning experience for students in our partner school districts in the lower Yakima Valley. No Child Left Inside provide outdoor learning experiences for youth, including hiking, camping, lessons in earth science, and experiencing the great outdoors.
