Job Details: GL Accounting Supervisor YVFWC Central Administration Toppenish, WA Full-time, 40 hours/week, Exempt
This position supports the Controller in maintaining the the general ledger and its supporting processes to ensure consistent, accurate recording of financial information. Provides oversight for financial management of grants including tracking and allocation of costs, preparation of grant billings, and submission of grant reports and close outs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education Required: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or Associate's Degree + 2 years of Accounting work experience.
Experience Required: A minimum of 3 years' accounting experience required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Ability to prioritize tasks and prepare work schedules in conjunction with co-workers and deadlines; ability to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing; ability to use standard office machines; ability to maintain accurate and legible records; ability to prepare reports using moderate to complex arithmetic computations and advanced Excel spreadsheets; good organizational skills; and the ability to function independently. In-depth knowledge of OMB Uniform Guidance requirements.
