We are looking for a Facilities Construction Manager to join our team! As part of the project
team, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the entire construction process from
bidding through one-year warranty to ensure YVFWC facilities are built and perform as
designed.

commissioning.

A leader who builds and maintains responsive, effective relationships with internal and
external customers.
What you'll do:
Serve as Facilities Construction Manager for maintenance, renovation and new
construction projects for Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic.
In collaboration with various departments, perform annual facility assessment and
inspections, document findings, perform cost-estimates, schedule and coordinate
necessary construction.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business
administration or relevant field, or at least 5 years of proven experience working in
facilities maintenance or in a construction-related trade.
Current Washington State driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance
coverage.
Professional Engineer, General Contractor's license, Construction Management
Certification or Project Management Professional Certification, preferred.
Ability to work able to work and communicate effectively with designated staff in
resolving design and construction issues.
Ability to analyze problems and utilize appropriate resources, both Clinic corporate and
contracted, to resolve design and construction issues.
Must be motivated, organized and able to work independently.
Competent in the use of Microsoft Office products: Word, Excel, Project Manager.
Competent using AutoCad to prepare and review design and construction drawings.
