Program Representative Lead Hazard Housing Specialist
$19.65 per hour
There is one opening with Yakima County Public Services, Affordable Housing. This position is responsible for providing technical assistance, compliance monitoring, outreach and administrative support within the federal home and/or Lead-Based Paint Hazard Control (LBPHC) grant programs.
Experience and Training:
High School Diploma or GED and Four years of experience with cost estimator which includes experience preparing cost estimates and bid specifications; general construction for residential purposes which can include conducting home inspections for assessment of work needed for repairs or to comply with local and state building codes; bank or mortgage lender in conducting loan intakes to determine income and property eligibility; experience performing comparable work supporting a local, state or federal level program governed by strict guidelines; or the equivalent education and experience to perform the essential duties of the position.
