GEAR UP STEM Coordinator
WSU Tri-Cities is seeking a GEAR UP STEM Coordinator for the Harvest of Hope (HOH) GEAR UP programs at our partner school districts in the Tri-Cities, Moses Lake, and Walla Walla Regions. This position is responsible for analyzing school wide data trends and utilizing research based practices to plan hands-on STEM programs with school district partners, administrators, counselors, educators, and GEAR UP staff. The position requires a high degree of professionalism and exercises independent judgement in aligning curriculum to state standards and HOH GEAR UP grant outcomes for academic success.
Position requires a Bachelor’s degree and two (2) years of professional work experience in instruction or direct services to K-12 students, staff, and/or parents. A Master's degree in a STEM related field is desired.
