Way Station, Inc., a program of the Sheppard Pratt Health System, is seeking compassionate, driven mental health professionals for a new residential crisis program in Sykesville, MD.
Segue is a 16-bed short-term residential program, specially designed for adults transitioning from state psychiatric facilities back into the community. At Segue, we utilize cutting-edge, evidence-based practices to support our residents, as they work to re-establish themselves as productive, contributing members of society.
We are seeking Residential Counselors, Residential Supervisors, In-Reach Coordinators, and Resource Coordinators who are ready to make a difference from day one. Our team members:
- Coach residents in daily living skills
- Empower residents to access and engage in community resources
- Foster positive relationships between residents, their family members, and service providers
- Implement therapeutic treatment plans for residents
- Assist with transportation on an as-needed basis
Requirements:
- High school diploma and two years’ relevant work experience
- Full driver’s license with clean driving record

You will be eligible for a $750 bonus after successful completion of three months of work, then another $750 after successful completion of six months of work!
