Under the direction of the General Manager for the CUB/Dining Retail Operations, ensures clean, efficient, friendly and courteous service. Provides direct supervision to employees, including hiring, scheduling, training, evaluating and disciplining employees. Responsible for programming, maintaining, and troubleshooting the integrated cash register system. Contributes to a positive, productive, and harmonious work environment. Salary: DOE.
