Leadership/Volunteer Development Assistant Professor
Washington State University Extension Benton-Franklin Counties Leadership/Volunteer Development Assistant Professor is a full-time, 12-month, promotion-track faculty position within the WSU Extension Youth and Families Program Unit.
Required: Earned Master's degree in social sciences, human development, guidance and counseling, organizational management, leadership development, volunteerism, education, youth and adult development, horticulture, agriculture, or an appropriate field of study at the time of application; two (2) years of demonstrated ability to work effectively with volunteers in the delivery of exceptional education programs; and documented experience in volunteer development i.e., recruitment, placement, education, recognition, conflict management, and retention.
