Communications/Outreach CoordinatorWashington Apple Commission
The Washington Apple Commission is seeking a communications/ outreach coordinator. This individual will be responsible for developing communications for our grower and shipper members, as well as wider stakeholder audiences, to link the Commission's international promotional programs to industry sales efforts. The Coordinator will assist with other Commission communication needs such as preparation of written and oral presentations and reports, working closely with the International Marketing department and President. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of excellent business writing and verbal skills, and Washington apple industry knowledge is a plus.
The candidate must be a team player, multi-tasker and have the ability to take direction from co-workers. Applicants should have a four-year degree in Marketing/ Communications or related field. Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, web content and social media platforms needed. A positive attitude and upbeat personality will play a significant factor into the candidate selection.
