Secretary Senior: Walla Walla Community College (WWCC) is seeking applicants for a full-time Secretary Senior at the Walla Walla campus. This position supports Arts & Sciences, Criminal Justice, Early Childhood and Parenting Education, Human and Social Services, and the Tutoring & Learning Center. The Secretary Senior provides administrative and logistical support to the Dean, Assistant Dean, Division Chairs, faculty, and staff of the Arts & Sciences and Academic Workforce units. Qualifications: High School graduation and two (2) years of

General Responsibilities:
This position provides administrative and logistical support to the Dean, Assistant Dean, Division Chairs, faculty, and staff of the Arts & Sciences and Academic Workforce units. The Arts & Sciences Unit includes numerous academic disciplines (Humanities, Math, Physical Education & Recreation, Science, Social Sciences, Visual & Performing Arts) as well as the College's Honors Program and the Tutoring & Learning Center. The Academic Workforce Unit includes the Criminal Justice, Education, and Human & Social Service programs. (For the remainder of this ad, all of these will be collectively referred to as Arts & Sciences.) The Secretary Senior plays a crucial role in its effective administration.
