Apply statistical theory and methods in developing analytical methods and statistical models for the purpose of interpreting and summarizing marketing effectiveness data for clients, including manufacturers in the consumer packaged goods industry and their media agencies: Develop and test model specifications to meet client needs. Develop SAS code to address project-specific needs and requirements. Provide guidance and training to modeling team to ensure high-quality and timely delivery. Deliver results of analysis to clients and facilitate solutions for related technical issues. Manage project timelines and communication within Client Success Team, Technical Team and OffShore Modeling Team. Ensure alignment between execution and project scope, quality and project allocation within analyst. Create road maps for new analytical development (prototype analytical methods, validate results, explore scalability). Provide consultative support to marketing effectiveness sales team members, business partners and clients related to Similarity Tests (SIM), including consultation regarding analysis design and execution, interpretation of results, recommendations and resources availability. Train, coach, mentor and manage 2-4 analysts (with direct supervisory responsibility over 1-3 analysts), ensuring that the analysts develop the skills and knowledge required to provide accurate, timely, and quality driven results for clients.
