Senior Analyst, Digital Experience Support
Target Enterprise, Inc. is currently seeking a full-time Senior Analyst, Digital Experience Support at our offices in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The Senior Analyst, Digital Experience Support will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of Target's e-commerce business processes to maximize revenue, profitability, and guest conversion rates while ensuring a superior guest experience. This position requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field and 5 years related (progressive, post-baccalaureate) experience. Must also have 12 months of demonstrated ability (which may have been gained concurrently) with each of the following: (1) designing, developing, and delivering solutions and tools for multi-channel retailers to drive efficient order fulfillment; (2) creating and running SQL queries to pull and analyze relevant data, identify issues, resolve issues, recap issue impact, and prevent future issues; (3) performing high priority mitigation recoveries by identifying order related issues through data analysis and partner with the buyers, the business, guest services, and technical teams to determine next steps and provide the guest recovery strategy; (4) benchmarking e-commerce retailers, developing prototypes, identifying gaps between 'as-is' and desired outcomes and utilizing appropriate resources to obtain information, document options, and delivering appropriate recommendations; and (5) working with the following tools and technologies: Sterling Fulfillment Suite, Oracle SQL, Item/Inventory Management Tools, Service Now, JIRA, Share Point, Tealeaf, Java, and MS Technologies.
