Seeking a Senior Accountant/Program Manager with 5+ years' experience in government accounting compliance in accordance with policies and cost principles, A133/Single audit background and working knowledge of indirect rates using the ICE (incurred cost electronic) model. Ideal candidate will possess a BA/BS in finance or accounting; CPA highly desired. He or she will have responsibility for compliance related to government grant, cost share, fixed asset tracking, disposition. The role includes tracking of public-private collaboration cost share according to related agreements, calculating provisional government and commercial rates, monitoring actual results, and performing billing true ups using the DCAA Incurred Cost Electronic (ICE) model in accordance with the FAR and DEAR cost principles.
Additionally, seeking a Global Payroll Specialist BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, or General Business, & 4+ years of domestic and international payroll and expatriate payroll processing to include fringe benefits, payroll taxes and reporting is highly desired. He or she will be responsible for processing global payroll entries timely and accurately; Work with relocation and global mobility vendors to process local payroll, taxes and fringe benefits; Process US payroll for expatriates according to individual assignment letters under the Global mobility policies; Partner with members of HR, Legal and other internal groups and external tax, audit, relocation service providers; Work with outside vendors and agencies for new local, state and country filings; Prepare payroll and benefits reports and conduct appropriate audits to ensure data integrity; Process semi-annual relocation tax gross up which entails submitting Medicare wage calculation to relocation vendor; Process local workers compensation and quarterly Washington State L&I reconciliation and tax payment; Support year-end audit and tax reporting. Including reviewing and distribution of W-2 and ACA forms Assists with internal and external audits. e. 401K, GAAP financial and other compliance audits.
