Manager, Cost Accounting
Responsible for managing the cost accounting staff, systems, and processes for all locations accordance with Company policies and procedures, accounting standards, and approved costing methodologies.
This includes responsibility for hiring, training, mentoring, developing and monitoring staff. The position will work closely with wine making, supply chain, bottling, cellar, warehousing, operations, accounting, decision support, planning, etc. to ensure accurate and timely accounting and reporting for all products and inventory, including annual harvest costing, product standards, and grower payments. It is essential for this role to be proactively informed and aware of all cost accounting compliance issues that impact our business and employees.
