Program Specialist (HR, Labor Relations, & Special Projects)
In this position you’ll perform highly independent, professional and technical program administration and support for a multi-task oriented Human Resources/Employee Relations Office. Key focus areas for this position are labor relations, labor negotiations, performance management, policy and contract management, performance management program coordination with Payroll, and special. The incumbent plays an important role developing tools and systems for tracking and organizing work across multiple technical programs and platforms.
Minimum Qualifications: Requires equivalency of an AA and 3 years increasingly responsible and independent program support experience in human resources, legal office, contracts management, public administration, or office management. High preference given for labor relations and/or human resource experience administering policy and contract provisions. One must have intermediate expertise in MS Office programs. Experience with MS SharePoint, Infor, and Office 365 are a plus.
Hiring Range: $50,673 - $69,676/year.
