Communication Studies, Dance & Theatre Saint Mary’s College seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide clerical and secretarial assistance to members of the Communication Studies, Dance & Theatre departments.
Responsibilities include coordinating details of department events/meetings, answering phones/greeting visitors, maintaining department budgets, and performing clerical tasks. This position is full-time, non-exempt working during the academic year.
Qualifications: Graduation from high school or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least four years of prior secretarial experience/post-high school education. The ability to accurately type at a rate of 60 wpm and have familiarity with computers.
