Job Summary:
Directs and coordinates the overall management and administration of the non-profit organization that supports people with disabilities by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree (M.A.) or equivalent; or four to ten years related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Required qualifications also include five years of experience in senior management of a non-profit, five years’ experience with persons with developmental disabilities, the ability to read and interpret financial statements, the ability to supervise senior management positions, success in fundraising and donor development and exceptional communication skills. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
