Quiroga Law Office PLLC is a law firm that fights courageously on behalf of immigrant families and is looking for  Senior Client Services Coordinators (multiple positions) Duties: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that all current and prospective clients have a positive experience with the office; Communicate directly with clients and provide updates as needed; Conduct hire and signing appointments with clients; Train, supervise and mentor Client Service Coordinators; Maintain client documents, information, and agreements in accordance with company standards. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED, along with at least 5 years of experience in Customer Service. Must be bilingual and fluent in English and Spanish. We are immigration attorneys serving the Spanish-speaking community, where 95% of our clients speak only Spanish. Our firm targets the Hispanic community, so client service coordinators must speak both languages. Salary range: $60k-$70k.
