Manager, College Access Networks (CAN)
Puget Sound ESD seeks a College Access Networks (CAN) Manager to provide leadership, technical assistance and securing partnerships to enhance the Puget Sound College and Career Network (PSCCN) and build on collective action work efforts across K20 and college access organizations to ensure equitable postsecondary opportunities for students across the Road Map Districts and PSESD region. The CAN Manager will co-lead the development and implementation of the regional college access network, focusing on career and college readiness. This position will also coordinate regional program services in designated content areas to ensure the fidelity and quality of implementation of postsecondary access services based on the whole child approach.

Minimum Qualifications
- BA/BS degree or higher in job-related fields (AA/AAS degree in related field and progressively responsible job-related experience may substitute for BA/BS degree)
- Professional job-related experience in K-12, college access/readiness, or higher education
- Demonstrates an understanding and commitment to using a racial equity lens
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a school district and/or higher education institution Experience collaboration/partnership with internal/external partners
- Experience developing and/or presenting professional development opportunities for adults.
- Experience working with diverse populations

Salary: $54,957 to $63,733 /year. PSESD Salary Schedule – Band J
