On the Boulevard Apartments is seeking to fill multiple positions. We are looking for Full time Maintenance Technicians- duties include turnover of vacant units, appliance repair, flooring installation, painting, drywall, plumbing and preventative residential maintenance repair for residential units. Construction Labor Exterior Siding Positions-removal of exterior vinyl siding, and replacing with wood lap siding. This is a 2year project in house with a small crew, experience not necessary. Full Time Groundskeeping positions-duties include full landscape duties, mowing, trimming of trees and brush, leave removal, trash clean up, sprinkler repair, snow removal, ice melt application, plowing drive in winter months as needed, small tool repair experience a plus. We are a large community of 234 units, and all aspects of duties are performed in house with a full staff. Tools, equipment and supplies provided on site.
