JOB DESCRIPTION
BASIC FUNCTIONS: The Inside Sales Representative will work cooperatively with the CF Utah team to manage customer accounts, grow existing customer opportunities, create new customer accounts, and provide unparalleled customer service that exceeds any customer expectation. Inside Sales Representatives are a single point of contact for the customer, handling all facets of the order management process. This individual must interact daily with other team members as it relates to credit, order set-up, scheduling, shipping, and invoicing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Providing quotes to customers
- Accurately pricing and entering customer orders and shipment releases
- Working with the various members of the Inside & Outside Sales Team, Production, Shipping and Finance to assure total customer satisfaction
- Budgeting, planning and strategizing with the team to grow market share and develop new customer relationships
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the US (Nucor will not sponsor the need for a visa now or in the future).
JOB REQUIREMENTS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Willingness to travel periodically to build customer relationships
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Bachelor's or Advanced Degree in Business or similar field
- Previous customer service or sales experience
PREFERENCES:
- Steel bar or wire products experience
- Willingness to relocate
