Restaurant Manager
Front of House Manager is responsible for the day - to - day operation and management of the Altitude and Mallards Restaurants. They are responsible for the supervision and management of the bar operations, host, servers front of the house staff. Maintains the highest quality of beverage and service standards, cleanliness, sanitation and safety.
The manager should possess the following qualities:
- Leadership presence and involvement in shift management
- Models hospitality and delivers service excellence
- Professional image and demeanor
- Providing excellent customer service to guests and excellent leadership to employees
- Holds peers and staff accountable to expected results
- Able to work closely with Back of House Management
- Inventory and maintenance of par levels
General Duties Include:

Salary is based on experience. Food & Beverage Management experience recommended
