Job Summary
Provide building maintenance services in a professional manner by providing consistent quality services to ensure clean, safe and environmentally sound buildings, grounds and operations for all clientele and visitors. In accordance with the department's Workplace Expectations outlined below.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- 1C Boilers License.
- Valid Class D Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
Physical Requirements
Must be able to climb and work from ladders, scaffolding, personnel lifts, and boom trucks; lift and carry heavy loads for short distances; may be asked to work in confined spaces and outside in all weather conditions; and must be able to lift in excess. of 50 lbs. occasionally.
A pre-employment physical (Work simulation equivalent minimum is medium, example: able to lift 22-30 LBS frequently).
Additional Requirements
Successful candidate must pass a criminal background check through American Data Bank, employment reference checks.
