Grant funded position through June 2019 • Albany NY, Location
Medical Society of the State of New York seeks a self-starter to support the Division of Public Health and Education in development of educational programing on veterans. Knowledge of women veterans, military culture, PTSD/TBI, suicide and substance abuse in veterans a plus. Knowledge of evaluating programs and development of graphs/charts and summaries required. Must be proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Experience with web conferencing preferred. Successful candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree, solid writing, analytical, communications, and strong interpersonal skills required. Knowledge on social media, ability to coordinate multiple projects and meet aggressive deadlines and work collaborating with colleagues, physicians and state officials required. Valid driver’s license and ability to travel required.
