The Office of the Disciplinary Administrator is accepting applications for the position of Deputy Disciplinary Administrator with a start date of April 1, 2019. The job duties are as follows: Oversees investigations of complaints of attorney misconduct. Prepares and presents cases before the Kansas Board for Discipline of Attorneys and the Kansas Supreme Court. Prepares and presents cases before the Kansas Board of Law Examiners. Prepares and presents cases to the Client Protection Fund Commission. Work is performed under the supervision of the Disciplinary Administrator. Desired Education and Experience: Must be an attorney in good standing licensed to practice law in Kansas, have at least five years of practice experience, preferably private practice experience, and possess a thorough knowledge of the Kansas Rules of Professional Conduct.
