Indian Eyes, LLC is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our winning Corporate team in Pasco, WA. Indian Eyes is an award winning Woman-Owned, Native American, Small Disadvantaged Business, providing services across the Federal and Corporate Sectors. Indian Eyes is an experienced multi-faceted small business offering complementary business services that include Facility Support, Equipment Logistics, Third-Party Engineering, and Staffing Resources. The Indian Eyes' Accounting Clerk will support our business managers by entering and creating customer invoices, understand the cost of goods vs income accounts, and provide compliant processing and benefit solutions that deliver measurable billing advantages to our clients. Indian Eyes supports numerous government projects and has project management experience on government facilities with proven ability to manage federal contracts and comply with government contract requirements. Indian Eyes maintains a government compliant, DCAA auditable, established, and proven infrastructure and operations.
General duties and functions: Coordinate workflow for high volume varying billing cycles. Actively engage with internal and external customers. Support the Indian Eyes team for accounts receivables and payables. Perform quality control analysis verifying all necessary criteria is met. Prioritize a wide variety of tasks and execute critical day-to-day functions. Optimize departmental performance through accuracy, timeliness, and communications. Perform general administrative support. Provide customer-centric client service skills. Manage multiple projects and timelines. Perform general office clerical duties.
Minimum Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent 2 or more years' invoicing and receivables, preferably progressive. Proficient in QuickBooks Data entry, high volume preferred. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat Experience with audits and DCAA, preferred.

Problem solving and resolution skills with the ability to analyze a wide variety of data Teamwork. Customer service orientation. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Time-management skills and the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.
