Administrator / Accounting Assistant
Well established Sacramento CPA firm looking for an Administrator / Accounting Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities Include: Performance of general administrative duties, office administration, client services liaison, accounting tasks and data entry. The position requires strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks. The ability to Multi-task and work independently is a must.
Successful candidates will possess good communication, writing, analytical and problem solving skills and will also be required to pass a Live-Scan background check. "Ideal" Candidate Qualifications:
4+ years of related work experience, College Degree, strong administrative and customer service skills, experience in an accounting, tax or finance office, bookkeeping and financial statement preparation background, experience with tax preparation software and a can-do / inquisitive personality.
