Porter, Administrative Assistant and Maintenance Technician

Porter - The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning and stocking all assigned public areas of the community ensuring that all procedures are completed to established standards.
Main Responsibilities:
• Check supply levels in storage closets. Complete requisition for additional supplies needed and submit to manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas, carts, and caddies.
• Clean assigned areas using designated checklists. Ensure that cleanliness and condition of each area meets established standards.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs and submit to the Community Association Manager.
• Monitor and handle resident’s complaints by following the instant pacification procedures and ensuring satisfaction.
• Respond to all radio/cell calls promptly.
• Document pertinent information in department logbook.
• Complete all paperwork and closing duties before leaving, check with manager prior to leaving.
Administrative Assistant Iron Horse - The primary responsibility of the Administrative Assistant is to assist the Homeowners Association, its Members, Management Company, On-site Staff and Board of Directors in the operation and administration of the community by having the expertise to handle many of the tasks that are specialized to the Association. It is the responsibility of the Administrative Assistant to be completely familiar with the HMI agreement so that the property and Hammersmith are represented in accordance with all the terms and agreements established within the contract.
Maintenance Technician - The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the overall physical aspects of the community meet the established standards for safety, appearance, and operation within the budgeted financial goals.
