Human Resources Manager
This position is an outstanding opportunity to manage daily operations in an HR department of 7 team members. Responsibilities are compensation and employee benefits administration, HRIS (Lawson), management of recruitment, assistance with employee relations, and policy administration. Must have ability to build and maintain effective professional relationships through strong interpersonal skills and possess solid professional judgment. Strong analytical and computer skills required. This is a career track opportunity to Director / VP level within 4 years.
Requirements are 2 years related HR leadership experience with Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or business related field. Good Samaritan offers competitive pay and benefits.
