Framatome is seeking a highly experienced HR Advisor for our Richland, WA office. Under limited supervision, performs human resources activities and carries out responsibilities that are varied in nature, working in several or all HR functional areas. Must have a comprehensive knowledge of HR policies, procedures, programs and the ability to implement and communicate them to employees and managers. All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements in order to be considered for this opportunity. Candidates who exceed minimum qualifications may be considered for a higher level position. Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science in a related field or 5 years of comparable HR experience in lieu of degree, Plus minimum 7-10 years of related work experience. An advanced degree (Master of Science or Master Of Business Administration) or HR Professional Certification may substitute for 1-2 years of related work experience.
Within the years of experience, we require that the experience covers a broad range of topics, including but not limited to the following: Compensation management within a business organization Talent development (career development) Labor relations and union negotiations skills Performance management Recruitment planning and forecasting Employee relations US Labor law Ability to understand the business and financial aspects of an organization. Data analysis from a variety of sources with appropriate presentation. Strong consulting skills. Client management skills. Strong conflict management skills.
