Project Manager
Responsibilities: Candidates must be able to manage all aspects of the cost, schedule and technical baselines for construction projects. Candidates shall be capable of performing estimating, technical writing, managing subcontracts, submittal process, RFI's, change orders and job close-out activities. Position requires planning and ensuring adherence to the construction baselines, coordinating with vendors and architects and compliance with contract documents, QA/QC and safety regulations.
Candidate must have the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks and possess strong organizational, communication and leadership skills. Qualifications: Prefer BS in Construction Management with 5 years proven construction experience with at least 2 years as a Project Manager or equivalent combination of education and experience.
