Sous Chef/Assistant Manager
Sous Chef/Assistant Manager - Ferris State University. Assist in the management of Dining Service units. Assists in coordinating and supervising the Dining Services activities in the Rock Cafe and/or other assigned units in the planning, purchasing, production, and presentation of food. This position will mainly works nights and weekends.
Required: Associate’s degree in Culinary Arts or five years of direct experience in a high volume kitchen. Five years in a lead cook position or 1 year as a Sous Chef.
