Customer Engineer (Level I or II)

The Customer Engineer conducts engineering and technical activities concerning existing and proposed electrical services, rebuilds, relocations, and new installations of electrical distribution and fiber communication systems.

This position will be filled at one of 2 levels, depending on experience and qualifications. 

Level I:

The successful applicant for this position will be hired within an annualized salary range of $67,913 – 90,550, depending on qualifications for the position. The maximum in this pay scale is $113,189. Bachelor’s degree relating to engineering or at least four years of work experience in an electrical distribution engineering capacity may substitute for degree.

Level II:

The successful applicant for this position will be hired within an annualized salary range of $74,806 – 99,740, depending on qualifications for the position. The maximum in this pay scale is $124,675. Bachelor’s degree relating to engineering or at least four years of work experience in an electrical distribution engineering capacity may substitute for degree. Must have at least four years of experience performing customer utility distribution design.
