Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant
DL&A is a local bookkeeping and tax preparation firm. Our firm is currently looking for an experienced part-time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistance to assist with our current client list on a day-to-day, quarterly and annual basis to prepare the processing of payroll, reconciliations, accounts payable and other accounting functions. Other duties include answering phones & greeting clients. Confidentiality, excellent organizational skills, and accuracy are important qualifications for this position, as well as good client relations and the ability to communicate clearly. The ideal candidate for this position is a skilled multi-tasker, is reliable, a team player and is committed to consistently meeting deadlines.
Willing to train the right candidate! Proficiency preferred in Outlook, Excel, & Quickbooks .
The position will be Part Time to start, with possibilities of Full-Time Employment dependent upon work performance. Pay is dependent upon experience
