A Las Vegas-based luxury automotive dealership has an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Internet/BDC Manager who understands the luxury space. The right person will have experience working with the luxury automotive consumer segment and an understanding of its style, service expectations and sales communication preferences. Ideal candidates have a presence reflective of a luxury brand, are self-driven, motivated to succeed, as well as having the ability to select, coach, motivate, lead and retain a high-volume BDC sales team. Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds is a plus, but not necessary.

Responsibilities: Meet and exceed monthly BDC sales goals, while developing long-term relationships with customers. Create, maintain, and measure the internet business development process. Recruit, train, retain BDC sales staff dedicated to delivering an unparalleled customer experience. Oversee CRM usage and adoption by each member of the team. Assist luxury customers in appropriate vehicle selection and financing options.

Execute activities of the Internet sales process including:

• Ensuring timely response to customer inquiries.
• Managing customer follow up, appointment setting and sales response times.
• Coaching the BDC team through the prospecting and customer journey.
• Managing and reporting digital KPIs and lead sources, including ROI.
• Monitoring and reporting lead response time and lead source to closing ratios.
• Managing internet and phone provider performance.

Requirements: Must have prior BDC Sales Management experience. Superior oral and written communication skills. Outstanding organizational skills. Excellent time management with ability to multi-task quickly.
