Columbia Basin College ("CBC" or the "College") is seeking a Secretary Senior to perform complex secretarial duties and independently plan, organize and prioritize work in support of the Counseling and Advising Center and the Veteran Services Program. The Secretary Senior will initiate action to ensure department work and office goals are met and have frequent contacts with students, faculty and staff, and community members. This position reports to the Director for Counseling and Advising.
Associate's degree in Business Administration, Office Management or General Studies transfer from a regionally accredited college or university; and Three (3) years of clerical or secretarial experience.
Occasional need to lift at least 20 pounds; Frequent repetitive hand and wrist motions; Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time; Ability to walk across campus several times a day; and Frequent need for oral, written and auditory communication.
