Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 Annually

Columbia Basin College ("CBC" or the "College") seeks an Assistant Director for IT Customer Success who will be responsible for leadership and management of the College's IT Customer Success operations, which include Helpdesk (student, faculty and staff), Labs, Media and Classroom services, project management and supervision of staff.
The Assistant Director will prepare a variety of planning, tracking and project reports to inform senior leadership and campus constituencies regarding the need for technology replacement, investments, and service offerings to support related decisions to best position the College to meet future needs.
