Position: System Administrator
We are seeking a System Administrator with strong customer service skills, excellent communication skills and proven experience maintaining a healthy and secure network environment. Relocation to Walla Walla, Washington is required. This position requires that you are able to get to headquarters within 15 minutes to respond to emergencies.
What you'll do: Maintain, upgrade, support and manage the company's information infrastructure. Participate in the enforcement of processes and procedures to ensure the health and security of all company technology and information assets. Respond promptly to help desk requests as needed.

What you'll need to succeed: Minimum of three years' proven experience as a System Administrator, Network Administrator or equivalent role. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education or work experience. Understanding of Windows physical and virtual server administration, database administration, storage area networks, application management, and network security principles. Technical proficiency with hardware and software on Windows computers. Natural curiosity for all things technology-based. Strong customer service orientation and an interest in building open, trusting relationships with users. Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge with sound judgement. Ability to work off-hours on short notice.
If called into the office in an emergency, must be able to get from home to the office within 15 minutes.
