Information Technology Manager
We are seeking an Information Technology Manager with proven experience maintaining a healthy and secure network environment, strong customer service skills and excellent communications skills. In this position, you will be setting the overall strategy for technology use in the company with an eye on maintaining a secure and fully functional production environment. You'll be responsible for our entire network environment from switches to servers, and everything in between. As the leader of a small department, strong customer service orientation is essential. A portion of your duties will be providing user training and assistance, so it is important that you enjoy helping people. Relocation to Walla Walla, Washington is required. This position requires that you are able to get to headquarters within 15 minutes to respond to emergencies.
What you'll do:
Develop and implement overall company information technology strategy. Create and enforce processes and procedures to guarantee the health and security of all company technology and information assets. Monitor and evaluate health, efficiency and usage of Coffey's production environment. Manage technology projects. Handle the technology and security needs of a fast-paced production environment.

What you'll need to succeed:
Proven experience in information systems with demonstrated expertise in network systems administration, database administration or security management. Personnel management experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent education or work experience. Database, network and/or security certifications are a plus. Understanding of Windows physical and virtual server administration, database administration, storage area networks, application management, and network security principles. Technical proficiency with hardware and software on Windows computers. Natural curiosity for all things technology based. Strong customer service orientation and an interest in building open, trusting relationships with users. Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge with sound judgement.
