Public Facilities District Board

The Public Facilities District is established for the sole purpose of acquiring, constructing, owning, remodeling, maintaining, equipping, re-equipping, repairing, financing and/or operating a Regional Center in the City, but only pursuant to an interlocal agreement (C104-02) between the City and the District. 

Members must have expertise and experience from various disciplines and backgrounds. Position Nos. 1, 2 & 3 require the applicant to be nominated by a local organization that may include, but is not limited to the local chamber of commerce, TRIDEC, and local labor council; therefore, the applicant must submit an application, a resume and a letter of recommendation by the nominating organization. Those applying for Position Nos. 4 & 5 only need to submit an application and resume. Position is open until filled.

All applicants will be considered regardless of age, sex, race, creed, religion, national origin, or presence of disabilities. Selecting a member typically ranges from four to six weeks. You will be notified by mail when the Council approves the appointment.
