Black Rock Creek Golf Course is seeking an organized, motivated individual to manage the food & beverage operations at the course. Candidates should possess: A MAST Permit (or be able to acquire one) Food Handler Card (or able to obtain one) The ability to hire and manage a small staff of kitchen help. Inventory/Purchasing ability. Excellent interpersonal skills. Hospitality industry experience a plus. Must be able to work weekends. At least one year experience in managing a small staff preferred.
