As an Account Manager, you will: serve as the point of contact for our Accredited businesses on all account matters.
This position compensates $15-$17 per hour, depending on experience plus bonus potential.

As an account Manager, you will be:
- Responsible for meeting monthly goals by skillfully retaining businesses through positive customer relationship building
- Utilize strong listening skills and probing techniques to build trust and value with all accounts
- Promote the value of our services by properly aligning the benefits with the needs of our businesses
- Manage the BBB complaint process between consumers and Accredited Businesses according to BBB standards
What we're looking for:
- High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 1-2 years in customer service related position
- Positive attitude and high degree of professionalism
- Intermediate computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 products
