Chief Operations Officer

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university is required. Preferably in the fields of Public or
Business Administration, Social Sciences or Related Field. Master’s degree a plus but not required.
Ten (10) years of Workforce Development experience preferred with a minimum of seven (7) years required.
At least five (5) years progressively responsible management experience in a social services or private nonprofit agency is preferred with a minimum of three (3) required.
Proven experience as a COO or similar relevant role is preferred.
