Position Summary
The BCBA provides home and community-based ABA services to parents and individuals supporting children with Autism. They supervise direct support staff and provide ongoing parent training to increase independence and promote generalization. BCBAs ensure that behaviors targeted for change are meaningful and important to the family and their community and will increase quality of life for those involved.
Qualifications Possess a master's degree Certified as a BCBA and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board. Two (2) years of experience working in an applied in-home and community setting. Acceptance of philosophy and science of behavior analysis.
