As the primary SharePoint specialist at Bell Bank, this position takes full technical ownership of the organization’s enterprise-wide SharePoint implementation. This includes architecture, design, configuration and administration. This position is also a primary evangelist by engaging in activities like support, training, leading internal user groups, and participating in the external SharePoint community. The Software Solutions Analyst – SharePoint position investigates and resolves computer related software questions and/or problems for end users. This position serves as a liaison between the Information Technology Department and the software vendors of the bank. This position ensures that Bell Bank meets and keeps current on the latest compliance regulations.
A B.A. in computer science or business and/or equivalent experience as well as 3 – 5 years of SharePoint administrator\developer\designer\architect experience is required. Experience with SharePoint 2013 or higher is highly desired. Development experience with AD, Cognos, SSRS and HTML as well as with 3rd Party productions such as Nintex, Bamboo, eLeaningForce LMS, etc. is desired. A working knowledge of other related Microsoft solutions: CRM, Office, IIS, SQL, etc. is preferred. This position will also be involved with ETL processes and enterprise reporting. The successful candidate will have strong organizational, research, analytical and problem-solving skills as well as proven ability to efficiently lead process review and manage projects. Candidates must be available to work flexible hours to meet the training needs of the end user.
