Project Architect and Graduate Architect

Project Architect must be equipped to produce contract documents conforming to building code and zoning regulations, coordinate documents with engineering consultants, produce specifications utilizing MasterSpec system, prepare cost estimates, and review submittals and shop drawings. A Washington state licensed architect with NCARB Certificate is preferred, with a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture. Project Architect must possess clear written and verbal communication skills, a thorough knowledge of building codes and Tri-Cities jurisdiction approval processes, and a complete understanding of building systems and site requirements. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs required, and a working knowledge of SketchUp preferred.
Graduate Architect is responsible for production of construction drawings under the direct supervision of the Project Architect and is able to work well with minimal direction and supervision. Candidate must be organized and detail-driven, possess a working knowledge of building codes, understanding of building systems and site requirements, and successful experience in producing construction drawings. Graduate Architect must be enrolled in NCARB's Architectural Experience Program (AXP), with Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office programs required, and a working knowledge of SketchUp preferred.
